Hi, I’m Kristy. I’m so glad your journey has led you here today.

I truly believe coming here is a call of the soul, and I usually find that those who find themselves here are responding to a deeper call within themselves that is oriented towards healing, greater self-awareness, and soulful empowerment. Perhaps this is one of those moments arriving in its own divine timing.  

Many people come to me because they sense that something deeper may be shaping their experiences, even if they cannot yet identify what it is.

Peeking Behind the Curtain

I work with the deeper layers of the psyche, ancestry and soul to help bring patterns or influences outside your awareness into view. As a contemporary shamanic practitioner, I draw on my abilities as a seer and intuitive guide throughout this process.

Every session is shaped by the person and story in front of me. For some, the work is about release. For others, it brings insight and reconnection to their spiritual growth or a new understanding of a pattern they have never been able to explain.

Seeing More of the Path

One of the things that comes naturally to me as an intuitive guide, channel and seer is recognising what people may not yet be able to see within themselves. I often sense that there is more to someone than the version of themselves they are currently living from. I love helping people connect those pieces and put words to what they have been sensing.

While another person cannot walk our path for us, they can sometimes help point us further along it. And sometimes another person’s perspective gives you access to a part of yourself that was there all along.

“As we can see, just as the great mystics of the past did, the world as we know it is going through many great shifts — we can see this happening all around us and it is also occurring within us. It is my heart’s offering and my sacred act of service to hold a potent and powerful presence, helping as many souls as possible move beyond that which keeps them cycling in dysfunction and despair.

“I spiritually and shamanically journey into the shadowy waters of your being, bringing healing and illumination through my deep and sacred connection to spirit. My work is supported by my power animal and my many other allies and spirit helpers.”

    A Spirit-Led Path

    Through an anthropological lens, initiation into a shamanic vocation has generally taken place by one of two pathways; a spirit-led calling in which the individual experiences a profound summons from the spirit word or via an apprenticeship to an ancestral elder or established shamanic practitioner.

    Kristy understands her own path as a spirit-led calling, in which the calling is not consciously chosen but chosen by the Spirits themselves. Unfolding through vivid dreams, visions and encounters with her power animal and spirit guides, Kristy also experienced what she describes as shamanic sickness before ultimately accepting the direction her spiritual life was taking.

    The death – rebirth archetype is a powerful symbol, motif, and psychological framework for understanding shamanism and the process of transformation. It is central to this work and to being able to mediate moving between the conscious and unconscious, as well as her spiritual understanding of the seen and unseen worlds.

    An Early Threshold Experience

    Kristy also traces part of her spiritual sensitivity to a near-death experience she had as a child, during which she recalls an encounter with what she describes as the Other Side.

    She understands this as an important threshold experience in her life and one that profoundly influenced her relationship with life, death and the unseen. Within her spiritual framework, it also forms part of how she understands the development of her psychic sensitivity and ability to work with altered states of consciousness.

    The Jaguar & Shamanic Lineage

    Central to Kristy’s practice is the jaguar, which she understands as her power animal, initiating spirit, protector and guide.

    Within her spiritual worldview, the jaguar accompanies her in altered states and supports her work with healing and soul retrieval. Kristy also understands this relationship as extending beyond her present lifetime, connecting her with shamanic wisdom and gifts she believes have carried across incarnations.

    Her path has also included work with two Peruvian shamans, through whom she has received initiation, training and instruction connected to Peruvian shamanic traditions and cosmology.

    Training & Continued Study

    Alongside her spiritual practice, Kristy holds an Advanced Diploma in Holistic Kinesiology, completed through the Australian College of Complementary Medicine in 2010 following two years of full-time study.

    She has also studied functional diagnostic nutrition and other energy-based modalities that complement her work.

    Dedicated to what she describes as the worlds of psyche and soul, Kristy continues to study psychology, shamanism and the deeper questions surrounding consciousness, spirit and the inner life.
